Andrew Jackson

Andrew Jackson has worked on the development and implementation of market reforms for over 25 years. He has extensive experience in stakeholder management within the liberalised utility sector, and has been involved in the detailed development of wholesale electricity trading arrangements in the UK, Australia and Ireland, both as part of the central market design and implementation teams, and as a participant representative on industry groups. He has advised on energy market design and specification, market code drafting and the implementation of new trading arrangements through to Go-Live.

Andrew has held senior consulting posts at St Clements Services, Lacuna Consulting, PHB Hagler Bailly and Logica plc. Andrew previously held a management position at the Victorian Power Exchange in Australia, and prior to this worked at OFFER (now Ofgem).

Andrew has a BA in History and a MBA (with distinction) from the University of Birmingham.
